A book about contraception

Maximum Joy - Zum Verhüten gehören Zwei

Maximum Joy

Sixty years after the release of the first oral contraceptive, hormonal contraception still hasn't been improved much. In society, the conversation about this topic between females and males has been taboo ever since. Females tend to carry the responsibility of preventing pregnancy on their own and accepting side effects which affect their body and mental health. An egg cannot be fertilized without sperm. Therefore it is long overdue to include men in the conversation of contraception to consolidate values such as equality, responsibility, and self-determination.
